“Full name of child…
Present status of child…
Name and address of present placement…
Type of present placement…
If out-of-province ward, state province responsible…

But who cares, and speaks for the child? you do! because if you won’t, who will? page 2

It is not anticipated that future plans to return the children to the natural parent are realistic. It is recommended that a natunal parent continues to try to improve herself over period of time thdt she needs but the permanency plans for these children must be considered seriously.

The mother who is a chronic alcoholic has been able to disguise her concerns and develop defense mechanism to achieve her needs. A term of stability would have to be seen before any plans should change. Minimal involvement with the natural parent would be a benefit to the children over the duration of the current status.

The children seem to be adjusting well within their environment as they are attending school regularly. REDACTED is quickly displaying leadership through her sport activities. All of the children seem to have above average intellect and can become a success with the right supports.

It is hopeful that in the future that these siblings can again be placed in the same foster home to maintain their bonding.

ASSESSMENT OF RISK

At present those children are not at risk taking into consideration that they are in good foster home with a clear and decisive plan.”
